What you will do
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Solutions Engineers.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, HR, and Talent Acquisition for strategic hiring.
- Drive operational alignment through weekly forecast meetings and ensure technical engagement readiness.
- Define and execute regional technical strategy aligned with sales priorities and industry trends.
- Engage directly with customers and partners to influence key deals and strategic relationships.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to advocate for customer needs and influence roadmap.
- Foster a culture of enablement, ensuring teams are trained and equipped for hybrid cloud, storage, and data management solutions.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or solution architecture within enterprise technology.
- 5+ years of people leadership experience, including hiring, developing, and retaining technical teams.
- Experience collaborating with Sales Operations, HR, Finance, and Talent Acquisition on workforce planning.
- Demonstrated success in forecast accuracy, pipeline discipline, and quota alignment.
- Deep understanding of data infrastructure, cloud services, and enterprise IT architectures.
- Knowledge and experience in Telco, Service Provider, and Hyperscaler verticals.
- Willingness to travel regularly.
