What you will do

• Manage a team of Solutions Engineers distributed across the Eastern US.
• Lead technical activities throughout the full sales lifecycle for hirify.global customers.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to grow account base.
• Drive best practices and operational excellence across cross-functional teams.
• Coach and develop team members to enhance technical and interpersonal skills.
• Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.

Requirements

• Must have 8+ years of relevant experience in computer science, engineering, or related fields.
• 8+ years experience with internet and cloud technologies.
• Proven experience managing sales cycles and technical proof activities.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate within matrixed organizations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
