What you will do

• Develop and implement strategic vision for field engineering aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor field engineering managers and engineers fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Manage service partners including selection, training, and performance oversight.
• Optimize operational processes to enhance service delivery efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, sales, and customer success teams.
• Define and monitor KPIs to drive accountability and performance.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Nashville, TN, United States
• Senior leadership experience in field engineering or technical program management.
• Proven success managing large-scale technical programs and teams.
• Strong operational excellence and process improvement skills.
• Technical proficiency with digital tools and emerging technologies.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Nice to have

• Experience with digital literacy, mobile tools, and knowledge management systems.
