What you will do

• Partner with Advisory and Executive Leadership to translate strategic ambition into scalable execution and value creation.
• Define and operationalize a modern operating model, driving AI-enabled transformation and digital tools.
• Lead growth initiatives across a multi-competency Advisory portfolio, including global platform expansion and market performance.
• Oversee delivery economics, enhance the delivery mix model, and introduce strategic pricing innovations.
• Lead the Advisory transformation agenda, coordinating priorities and driving automation-first process redesign.
• Foster a high-performance, client-centric culture and build leadership capability.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience within Advisory, consulting, or professional services, with demonstrated success in scaling multi-competency businesses.
• Proven experience in private-equity–backed or investor-owned services businesses in a C-Suite position.
• Substantial experience leading operations and transformation initiatives in a complex service environment, in the US and globally.
• Proven record of leading large-scale operational and digital transformations, including automation and AI-driven process redesign.
• Demonstrated success designing and running global delivery networks and integrated resource models.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with deep understanding of consulting economics.
