What you will do
- Develop goals aligned with the strategic vision and track progress.
- Design strategic board presentations and investor materials.
- Evaluate and reshape pricing and packaging strategy for products.
- Reduce duplication in business systems and streamline operational processes.
- Accelerate the adoption and use of AI tools within hirify.global.
- Evaluate international expansion strategy and coordinate efforts for global market entry.
- Own end-to-end special projects, from scoping to execution and measurement.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Business or Strategy Operations at a high-growth tech company, consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or private equity.
- Excellent business and technical acumen, alongside strong analytical skills.
- Ability to manage effectively with ambiguity and prioritize multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Strong situational adaptability in both written and verbal communication.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly analytical and comfortable with SQL, spreadsheets, basic modeling, and presentation making.
- Comfortable working asynchronously and thriving in ambiguity in a fully remote environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with SaaS business models, Go-to-Market motion, or product-led growth.
