What you will do

• Oversee software delivery by managing backlogs, coordinating cross-functional teams, and applying Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.
• Support operations as the first and second line of defense for workflow and application issues.
• Create comprehensive documentation and training materials, including guides and SOPs.
• Monitor governance and improvement by tracking performance, identifying enhancements, and ensuring compliance.
• Leverage AI capabilities by integrating them into workflows and designing agentic processes to optimize efficiency.

Requirements

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business IT & Management, Business & Data Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Bring a strong digital background with 2+ years of hands-on expertise in workflow-driven products or integrated systems.
• Have practical experience working in low-code environments.
• Be fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Dutch language skills.
