What you will do

• Lead Product-Led Growth (PLG) and AI-powered innovation domains within the product.
• Refine product vision and translate big-picture strategy into day-to-day priorities.
• Break down stories into atomic, impact-driven chunks and drive consistent progress through 6-week cycles.
• Align support, consultancy, and sales teams, ensuring structured decision-making and clear prioritization.
• Guide the team with sharp priorities, a keen eye for value, and a pragmatic sense of what’s possible.
• Own the product backlog, surface opportunities, and push for smart innovation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner in a SaaS or tech environment.
• Solid understanding of software development and UX processes.
• Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams in an agile setup.
• Strong product instincts, knowing what drives value and how to prioritize.
• Affinity with PLG strategies and innovation in AI and AI agents.
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
