What you will do

• Define and own the long-term strategy and roadmap for Medido hardware and firmware aligned with business goals.
• Lead end-to-end product development from concept to launch ensuring customer needs and technical feasibility.
• Partner with R&D, cloud software, and commercial teams to deliver integrated hardware solutions.
• Manage full hardware product lifecycle including version transitions and end-of-life planning.
• Drive customer satisfaction through data-driven insights and continuous improvement.
• Ensure readiness for international expansion by aligning operational processes and support structures.

Requirements

• Must have valid EU work authorization and be eligible to work in the Netherlands.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in hardware product management or related roles.
• Proven track record managing hardware product development from conception to launch.
• Experience with medical devices and regulatory environment is beneficial.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
