What you will do

  • Develop and execute programmatic marketing plans tailored for ISV and SI partners, focusing on co-marketing and GTM motions.
  • Drive pipeline generation through partner-driven initiatives such as joint webinars, co-branded content, and events.
  • Align joint go-to-market priorities and integrated campaigns with internal Partnerships and EMEA Sales leadership.
  • Serve as the primary marketing contact for a portfolio of strategic ISV and SI partners, building strong relationships.
  • Define, track, and report on key partner marketing metrics, including pipeline, revenue contribution, and ROI.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2+ years managing SaaS partner marketing programs focused on technology alliances (ISV) and/or consulting partners (SI).
  • Fluent speaker of English (German and/or French are a bonus).
  • Proven ability to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns and field events that generate measurable pipeline.
  • Demonstrated experience working directly with and influencing external partner organizations to commit resources and execute joint GTM initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS business model and the role ISV/SI partners play in accelerating growth.
  • Experience with marketing automation (e.g., Hubspot) and CRM (e.g., Salesforce) systems for tracking partner marketing performance.
