What you will do

• Develop and run partner and affiliate acquisition marketing campaigns targeting agencies, SaaS platforms, and resellers
• Create partner-facing resources and run co-marketing activities to enable partner engagement and activation
• Manage marketing operations of partner and affiliate programs including communication, incentives, and performance tracking
• Analyze partner performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimize ROI
• Collaborate closely with sales, content, design, and product teams to align partner initiatives

Requirements

• Fluent English required
• 5+ years experience in partner or affiliate marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS
• Proven ability to run acquisition programs and scale affiliate networks
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate partner performance and ROI
• High autonomy and strong communication skills
• Familiarity with compliance, privacy, Martech, or SaaS environments is a plus
