Senior QA Analyst

Location: Hybrid, 3 days in office in San Francisco, CA

Salary: $95,000–$120,000 base (estimated for California candidates)

What you will do

• Develop and manage Postman Collections and Workspaces for scalable API testing across projects.
• Analyze API responses, logs, and error handling to quickly identify defects and ensure high-quality releases.
• Drive end-to-end testing for highly complex features, ensuring quality through thorough analysis, thoughtful test coverage, and proactive risk identification.
• Serve as a mentor within the QA team, promoting best practices, elevating testing standards, and providing guidance to peers.
• Be responsible for the testing and quality of a release, acting as an expert of the user experience.
• Work with the QA Automation team to reduce future testing load.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software testing experience.
• Experience testing web applications.
• Experience working with tracking tools such as JIRA, Asana, and Trello.
• Experience working with testing tools such as TestRail and Postman.
• Must be able to work 3 days in the San Francisco, CA office.
