What you will do

• Define and implement test strategies, suites, and automation tools to improve QA efficiency.
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts and manual test cases as needed.
• Collaborate with software engineers and product teams to understand complex platform ecosystems.
• Analyze test failures and assist in issue diagnosis and resolution.
• Support the transition from manual to automated testing and uphold quality standards.
• Work with onshore and offshore teams to meet deadlines and objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Must be located in the USA with hybrid work in specified cities.
• 2+ years experience as software developer, QA engineer, or SDET with Java, C#, Selenium/Serenity.
• Experience with test automation frameworks, CI/CD tools like Jenkins, and BDD/Gherkin.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Passion for improving product quality and driving best testing practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with UFT, API testing tools (Postman, Swagger, SoapUI), Python, HTML, SQL, and Git.
• Knowledge of security testing requirements.
