What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute hiring plans
• Source candidates through various channels including web sourcing and networking
• Screen and engage candidates to promote career opportunities at hirify.global
• Lead recruiting initiatives from sourcing to offer closure
• Report recruitment metrics using Jobvite and Excel

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work arrangement with minimum 3 days in office per week in San Jose, United States
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years experience in recruiting or sourcing, including internet sourcing and cold calling
• Strong leadership, communication, and consultative skills
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Outlook, and Excel
