What you will do

• Implement strategies and initiatives to improve recruiting, selection, orientation, development, and retention of talent.
• Manage the staffing function from employment requisitions, job postings, recruiting, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to establish position requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Conduct interviews and recommend candidates for further interviews.
• Act as the point of contact for candidates during onsite interviews.
• Maintain communication with active candidates to ensure continued interest and address issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting and/or sales in a fast-paced/high-volume environment.
• Proven ability in hunting and hiring successful candidates.
• Strong interpersonal communication, writing, and organizational skills.
• Customer service orientation.
• Strong computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel).
