What you will do

• Schedule, publish, and analyze hirify.global.com posts across multiple social media platforms.
• Completely own initiatives from a publishing point-of-view, finding answers and solutions.
• Establish consultative relationships with stakeholders and educate on new social media features.
• Work closely with brand leads to coordinate campaign-based native posts.
• Act as an advisor for new initiatives, helping teams crack new content areas and formats.
• Analyze and assess performance across social media channels, identifying broad trends.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience online writing, editing, or curating on the web.
• Understanding of the digital landscape and current web platform developments.
• Experience publishing and analyzing content across Instagram and Facebook.
• Extensive understanding of how headlines, thumbnails, and captions affect post performance.
• Deep enthusiasm for experimenting with content and strategy to optimize key metrics.
• Strong organizational, communication, and writing skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Native Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube user.
