What you will do
- Develop high-level product positioning and messaging for hirify.global products, with a focus on verification, adjudication, and reporting/analytics offerings.
- Drive the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for your products, leading the launch process and post-launch measurement.
- Partner with and support Sales teams by equipping them with tools, playbooks, talking points, and collateral.
- Conduct customer and market research to inform GTM strategy, identify new business opportunities, and support pricing analysis.
- Be a key enablement partner on product and competitive differentiation, creating deliverables such as product overview decks and competitive battlecards.
- Collaborate with the Product team to inform and influence the product strategy and roadmap based on market trends and customer feedback.
Requirements
- 6+ years of B2B product marketing experience, with experience managing a portfolio of software products within a broader platform.
- Prior experience bringing new solutions to market as part of a B2B SaaS company and strong experience enabling customer-facing teams selling to mid-market and enterprise companies.
- Natural storytelling and writing skills for creating compelling content that speaks to customer pain points.
- Proven ability to be a voice of the customer with significant experience leading research and competitive analysis to influence GTM strategy and product roadmaps.
- Strong project management skills, ability to inspire cross-functional teams, spearhead complex plans, and present with ease to wide-ranging audiences.
- AI fluency and a knack for leveraging tools to drive efficiency and smarter workflows.
