What you will do

• Own daily operations of CRM data systems including Salesforce, Clay, and Hightouch to ensure stable data flows.
• Monitor and improve enrichment jobs, automation flows, validation rules, and routing logic.
• Deliver configuration updates with accuracy, validate outcomes, and communicate progress and risks.
• Manage operational queues for data hygiene, corrections, and configuration adjustments.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve data and workflow issues promptly.
• Document data behaviors, enrichment patterns, and configuration changes to support team knowledge and scaling.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in San Francisco
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and declarative automation (Flows, validation rules, routing logic).
• Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment managing data workflows and troubleshooting.
• Experience running and monitoring enrichment jobs and CRM workflows end-to-end.
• Strong collaboration skills with GTM, Ops, and cross-functional teams for real-time issue resolution.
• English: Proficient (B2 or higher)
