What you will do

• Analyze and improve revenue operations processes across Sales, Success, and Marketing teams.
• Support go-to-market teams with process enhancements and operational solutions.
• Identify and resolve process and policy issues to improve productivity metrics and KPIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement new business requirements and optimize data hygiene in Salesforce.
• Drive operational excellence through data analysis and cross-functional project management.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Waltham or Boston, MA, USA
• 2-4 years experience in revenue, sales, or business operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience with analytical reporting, Salesforce, SQL, Tableau, and BI tools.
• Strong analytical, process design, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• English proficiency: at least B2 level (job posted in English)

Nice to have

• Experience with AI solutions and emerging technologies in revenue operations.
• Knowledge of sales methodologies and inside sales teams.
• Experience with customer success organizations and Salesforce third-party applications.
