What you will do

• Manage day-to-day delivery of assigned workstreams in transformation projects.
• Prepare project documentation, dashboards, and steering materials.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and follow up on actions.
• Analyze data, KPIs, and performance metrics to support decision-making.
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions with business teams.
• Support senior managers in designing overall project structure, timelines, and solutions.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Poland cities listed or work hybrid from these locations
• English fluency is essential; German is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in PMO, consulting, business analysis, or change management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Good understanding of Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
• Ability to manage parts of projects independently.
