hirify.global is an international IT company creating and launching its own software products and services focused exclusively on Fintech and iGaming solutions, headquartered in Limassol, Cyprus.

What you will do

• Ensure projects are completed with no delays or that reasonable delays are agreed and confirmed in advance with stakeholders.
• Strictly follow PMO guidelines, ensuring all necessary project documentation and JIRA tasks are in place and up to date.
• Conduct necessary project ceremonies and communications, including kick-off, weekly syncs, demos, sign-off, and handover.
• Control project scope, timeline, resources, and risks.
• Proactively manage your workload and provide clear information on assignments, plans, and capacity to your manager.
• Contribute to corporate improvement/transformation projects when required.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in IT, preferably working closely with engineering or technical teams.
• Proficiency in project control and execution, risk, change, and stakeholder management.
• Clear and structured communication, adaptable to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Effective meeting facilitation.
• Ability to analyze current workflows and design scalable, efficient business processes.
• Confident decision-making in ambiguous or technically complex situations.
• Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum & Kanban frameworks.
• Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.

Nice to have

• Upper-Intermediate spoken and written English.
• PMP, PSM or equivalent certificates.
• PSPO level 1 or similar.
• Technical background.
