Customer Onboarding & Adoption Specialist (AI): Driving value and adoption of hirify.global's AI-enabled product portfolio by delivering practical onboarding and continuous customer guidance with an accent on leveraging deep product knowledge and coaching skills. Focus on achieving measurable business outcomes for customers through effective AI integration and gathering critical product feedback.

Location: Remote (Mexico only) - Must be based in Mexico

What you will do

  • Deliver clear, practical onboarding sessions for core AI features.
  • Maintain a solid working understanding of AI products, features, limitations, and use cases.
  • Follow up with customers post-onboarding to ensure initial value from AI tools.
  • Produce straightforward user-facing educational content like guides and tutorials.
  • Monitor usage indicators and proactively support customers showing low engagement.
  • Capture and share recurring customer feedback and enhancement requests with the Product team.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Product Support, Training, or Implementation.
  • 2+ years working with SaaS products in onboarding, enablement, or user adoption functions.
  • 1+ year working directly with AI-enabled tools or software platforms.
  • Able to explain product features and workflows in clear, simple terms.
  • Skilled at running training sessions, walkthroughs, or basic product demos.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Communications, Education, Finance, Information Systems) or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with AI concepts such as prompts or model behavior at a practical user level.
  • Experience with SaaS analytics tools for tracking usage and adoption.
  • Exposure to instructional design or user-education best practices.
