What you will do
- Conduct strategy and training sessions to onboard customers effectively to hirify.global’s product suite
- Drive customers to achieve their first value and manage their lifecycle through ownership windows
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Enablement teams to ensure smooth product adoption
- Manage multiple client cases with strict adherence to tasks and deadlines
- Mitigate churn risk by owning customer account health and handling escalations
- Contribute to knowledge base and process improvements, mentor junior colleagues
Requirements
- Must have 3+ years experience in customer onboarding or success in B2B SaaS
- Strong customer obsession and communication skills
- Comfortable facilitating live sessions via Zoom
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and interest in AI
- Hybrid work with local presence in specified cities
Nice to have
- Experience in legal industry or with Salesforce and API-driven applications
- Startup environment experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
