What you will do
- Collaborate with sales, support engineering, and customer success teams for smooth handovers
- Enhance onboarding processes tailored to client needs
- Provide online training sessions to maximize product adoption
- Monitor client progress and proactively address challenges
- Gather and document client feedback for the Product team
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese; proficient in English
- More than 2 years experience in similar roles, preferably in B2B SaaS or hotel industry
- Degree in Hospitality or Business Management
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work remotely and manage multiple projects simultaneously
