Location: Hybrid in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin, or Sydney, with an expectation to be in the office a minimum of twice per week.

Salary: $59,500 - $80,500 CAD

What you will do

• Conduct daily live strategy and training sessions for customers.
• Identify what indicates a customer’s “first value” and drive towards achieving it.
• Take complete responsibility for your ownership window as part of a customer’s entire hirify.global lifecycle.
• Work closely with Sales and Customer Enablement to ensure smooth product adoption.
• Manage multiple client cases at a time with strict observance of tasks and deadlines.
• Own customer account health with hirify.global’s suite of products, mitigating risk through churn prevention.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
