What you will do
- Deliver clear, practical AI onboarding sessions and provide post-onboarding support to customers.
- Maintain a solid working understanding of AI products, features, limitations, and use cases.
- Create straightforward user-facing educational materials such as guides, tutorials, and examples for AI features.
- Monitor usage indicators, offer support for low engagement, and help troubleshoot routine usage issues.
- Capture recurring questions, issues, and enhancement requests from customers and share them with the Product team.
- Build positive working relationships with customer contacts and assist internal teams with new feature explanations.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Product Support, or Training.
- 2+ years working with SaaS products in onboarding, enablement, or user adoption functions.
- 1+ year working directly with AI-enabled tools or software platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Education, Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to explain product features and workflows in clear, simple terms and run training sessions.
- Capable of monitoring usage indicators, documenting customer interactions, and escalating issues when needed.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AI concepts such as prompts or model behavior at a practical user level.
- Experience with SaaS analytics tools for tracking usage and adoption.
- Exposure to instructional design or user-education best practices.
