What you will do
- Define and execute the end-to-end transformation roadmap for business process automation related to key subscription functions.
- Lead cross-functional alignment and drive executive-level buy-in across Product Management, Sales Operations, Finance, Legal, and IT.
- Plan, lead, and monitor large-scale business process transformation, providing strategic direction for major system implementations.
- Oversee the analysis of complex business problems across enterprise applications (CPQ, Subscription Management, Entitlement Management, ERP).
- Present strategic analyses, compelling business cases, and performance reviews to senior and executive leadership.
Requirements
- Expertise in enterprise subscription management, billing platforms (e.g., Zuora Billing), and CRM/CPQ systems (e.g., Salesforce CPQ).
- Proven ability to define, manage, and implement strategic, end-to-end business process roadmaps in complex environments.
- Exceptional ability to drive alignment, negotiate priorities, and gain consensus across diverse cross-functional teams and senior executive stakeholders.
- Mastery in analyzing highly complex business challenges involving interconnected enterprise applications and translating requirements into scalable solutions.
