What you will do

• Lead full project and programme management activities from planning to execution.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Prepare clear documentation, steering materials, and status updates.
• Provide subject-matter expertise in your domain during key decision points.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience); Masters is a plus.
• 12+ years of relevant professional experience.
• English at C1-C2 level.
• One of the following certifications: MSP, PM2, PMI, or Change Management.
• Proven track record in programme and project management, ideally on multi-stakeholder or international initiatives.
• Experience working with public administration or EU institutions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to handle senior-level client interaction.
• Ability to operate independently, structure complex environments, and lead teams effectively.
