What you will do

• Strengthen key agency partnerships with solution-focused proposals aligned to agency and advertiser goals.
• Provide end-to-end support and advisory on e-commerce solutions to agencies.
• Educate agencies on hirify.global’s technology across channels and devices.
• Optimize accounts to improve advertiser performance and maximize revenue and margin.
• Manage key account strategies and technical resolutions within teams.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify personalized client solutions and growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Dubai with 4+ years experience in regional digital media.
• Experience in agency or ad-tech company environment.
• Proficient in programmatic platforms (DSP and SSP).
• Strong customer service, communication, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of third-party ad serving and verification platforms (DCM, DV, IAS).
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.
