What you will do

• Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with partners and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Oversee technical processes for partner integration.
• Monitor and improve key metrics, reporting progress to senior management.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to expand cooperation.
• Collaborate internally to manage partner-related operations.
• Represent the company at events and contribute to attracting new partners.

Requirements

• Technical understanding of payment systems, flows, and acquiring.
• Experience in B2B partnerships within fintech, especially with acquirers or PSPs.
• Understanding of high-risk industries (gambling, crypto).
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex partner accounts and operations with attention to detail.
• Proactive, responsible, independent, and collaborative work ethic.
• Strong organizational and system-thinking skills.
• Fluent in English and Russian.
