What you will do

• Own design vision and execution for the squad, leading product discovery, design, testing, and delivery
• Design user experiences to explore and act on complex benchmarking data with clarity and usability
• Design AI-enriched data interfaces that build user trust and transparency
• Unify experiences across Metrics products by aligning interaction patterns and workflows
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to align product strategy and design execution
• Contribute to and advocate for the hirify.global design system and design quality culture

Requirements

• Must be based in Spain, Italy, or France with a valid work permit
• 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B or SaaS
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered, data-informed design solutions
• Proficient in Figma and modern design workflows
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Experience leading projects and collaborating cross-functionally

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Design, HCI, or related field
• Experience in Fashion, Lifestyle, or Beauty industry
• Expertise in motion design or illustration
