What you will do

• Collaborate with UX/UI leads, product owners, tech leads, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality product experiences
• Conduct user research, interviews, usability testing, and journey mapping to understand user needs
• Design wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces
• Translate complex business requirements into simple, elegant design solutions
• Maintain design systems and style guidelines
• Support the product lifecycle from concept to delivery and ensure accurate implementation of designs

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work with 3–4 days per week onsite in Málaga, Spain
• 5 years of experience in UX/UI design
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams
• Passion for user-centered design and attention to detail
• English: Required (job posting in English implies at least B2 level)
