Location: Fully Remote. Open to candidates in Poland, Armenia, Cyprus, Portugal, Serbia, Spain. Relocation package to Cyprus is optional.

What you will do

• Create and iterate on new engaging product experiences that drive meaningful behavior change and boost retention.
• Work end-to-end from deep problem framing and rapid ideation to polished execution and in-product experiments.
• Collaborate tightly with Product, Engineering, Data, and Science teams.
• Use AI and gamification principles as core design tools to craft delightful and motivating user journeys.
• Prototype fast, test often, and apply insights to refine concepts and scale what works.
• Contribute to evolving design practices inside the Innovation team and help keep quality consistently high.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working on world-class B2C product.
• Proficient in leveraging UX research and data analytics to inform and validate design decisions.
• Strong skills in modern mobile product design, with a focus on AI integration and gamification.
• A data-driven mindset with a passion for rapid experimentation and iterative improvement.
• Ability to generate, defend, and present original hypotheses and design solutions with confidence.

• Experience with Health & Fitness apps.
