UX Researcher (AI)

UX Researcher (AI): Defining and establishing the first dedicated user research function to understand user interaction with AI products like Le Chat and AI Studio with an accent on uncovering insights, shaping product strategy, and validating designs. Focus on establishing rapid research processes, translating findings into actionable recommendations, and iterating on AI-powered tools in an enterprise context.

Location: Based in Paris, with flexibility for remote work and a biweekly or monthly cadence to Paris for in-person collaboration. Employees are expected to be in the office at least 3 days per week.

What you will do

• Define and establish user research processes, including interviews, persona development, and usability testing.
• Conduct interviews and analyze data to uncover user behavior and needs.
• Translate research insights into clear, actionable recommendations for product and design teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Science, and Solutions teams.
• Evaluate new designs and features through rapid user testing.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in user research with a strong portfolio.
• Strong, efficient communication skills for presenting insights to stakeholders.
• Previous UI/UX design experience to help translate insights to product.
• Fluency in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Ability to work autonomously and thrive in iterative environments.
• Strong French proficiency (written and spoken).
• Passion for enterprise and AI, with relevant experience.

• Experience with AI tools, developer workflows, or enterprise software.
