What you will do

• Conduct user research including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Design intuitive and visually appealing mobile interfaces ensuring seamless user experience
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to align on goals and iterate designs
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback within the design team and squads
• Contribute to and maintain the Mobile Design System and mentor other designers on mobile standards

Requirements

• Bilingual fluency in French and proficiency in English required
• Experience in product design for mobile applications in a B2B context
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
• Ability to leverage data and insights to solve complex design problems
• Comfortable mentoring and fostering an inclusive design culture
