What you will do

• Design, build, and optimize high-performance .NET applications with a focus on multithreading and asynchronous programming.
• Work with SQL Server to create efficient, scalable database solutions.
• Build and maintain services and infrastructure in Azure.
• Support and mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and code review.
• Collaborate with the product team, considering end-user experience and business impact.
• Take initiative on technical improvements, troubleshooting, and system reliability.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in .NET with deep experience in multithreading and async patterns.
• Solid SQL Server skills, including query optimization, indexing, and stored procedures.
• Hands-on Azure experience (App Services, Functions, Service Bus, storage).
• 5+ years of professional engineering experience delivering production systems.
• English: B2 required.
• Location: Onsite in Bucharest, Romania.

Nice to have

• Basic Angular knowledge for full-stack collaboration and UI integration.
• CI/CD pipelines experience (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.) for smooth delivery and deployment automation.
• Terraform or similar IaC tools for provisioning and managing cloud environments.
