What you will do

• Lead design and architecture of Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions.
• Develop complex customizations, plugins, and enterprise-grade model-driven apps using C#.
• Drive integration design with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management.
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to development teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Oversee ALM, CI/CD pipelines, and ensure security and governance compliance.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Iasi, Romania or Madrid/Palma, Spain.
• 5+ years experience in Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform development.
• Strong knowledge of Dataverse, plugin development, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, and API integrations.
• Experience with Azure cloud services related to CRM and DevOps practices.
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI, Dataverse virtual tables, or advanced Power Apps components.
• Multi-module Dynamics implementations experience (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing).
• Master’s degree or advanced Microsoft technology training.
