TL;DR

Lead Software Engineer (.Net): Providing technical leadership and development for backend services with an accent on system design, performance tuning, and architecture. Focus on ensuring best practices in .NET development, troubleshooting, and collaborative client communication.

Location: Remote from Armenia, Bulgaria, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, or Uzbekistan, with in-office or hybrid flexibility available.

What you will do

  • Provide requirements analysis, system design, .NET development, DB development, troubleshooting, and technical support.
  • Perform code reviews to ensure best practices are followed.
  • Work independently and collaborate with team members and the client.
  • Communicate clear instructions and help manage day-to-day operations.
  • Provide technical leadership for the team, including mentorship and coaching.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or software engineering.
  • 7+ years of background in development.
  • Competency in .NET and ASP.NET Core.
  • Proficiency in Mongo and/or Azure SQL.
  • Experience in Azure Cloud, including SaaS offerings like Service Bus, Blob, and Redis.
  • Knowledge of bug-tracking systems.
  • English level: Intermediate+ (B2).

Nice to have

  • Expertise in containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Solid understanding of microservices architecture.
