• Build high-quality, maintainable code to power the processing and analysis of over 7 billion events daily.
• Work with one of the largest private Hadoop clusters and cutting-edge data processing technologies.
• Design and refine data models to uncover meaningful insights from complex, real-world data.
• Help fellow engineers tackle challenges related to data processing and analysis.
• Be part of a collaborative team working on high-volume, highly available systems critical to business success.

Requirements

• Master or Engineering degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Solid software engineering experience, ideally in a compiled language such as C#, Java, or Go.
• Strong foundation in Computer Science principles, including data modeling, data structures, algorithms, and optimization.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and multi-stage data processing systems.
• Experience developing and extending systems of moderate complexity.
