hirify.global is seeking a Senior Account Development Manager to strengthen and expand relationships with existing customers.

What you will do

  • Prospect and engage with existing clients (approximately 40,000 customers) to identify upsell, cross-sell, expansion, and optimization opportunities.
  • Identify and qualify opportunities to move customers to higher-tier plans or multi-year contracts.
  • Educate customers on the value of solutions, helping them discover new use cases and tailored offerings.
  • Experiment with different sales approaches to refine strategies and improve success rates in a data-driven manner.
  • Collaborate closely with AE and CSM teams to ensure a seamless experience for customers transitioning to upgraded plans.
  • Position yourself as a trusted resource for customers looking to get the most out of offerings.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in SaaS sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and engage with decision makers at various levels.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a consultative sales approach.
  • High level of autonomy and ownership in managing a large book of customers.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and ability to maintain a clean and accurate pipeline.
