What you will do
- Prospect and engage with existing clients (approximately 40,000 customers) to identify upsell, cross-sell, expansion, and optimization opportunities.
- Identify and qualify opportunities to move customers to higher-tier plans or multi-year contracts.
- Educate customers on the value of solutions, helping them discover new use cases and tailored offerings.
- Experiment with different sales approaches to refine strategies and improve success rates in a data-driven manner.
- Collaborate closely with AE and CSM teams to ensure a seamless experience for customers transitioning to upgraded plans.
- Position yourself as a trusted resource for customers looking to get the most out of offerings.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in SaaS sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and engage with decision makers at various levels.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a consultative sales approach.
- High level of autonomy and ownership in managing a large book of customers.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and ability to maintain a clean and accurate pipeline.
