What you will do

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies for new Onboarding Specialists.
• Manage a team of 6 to 8 Onboarding Specialists, ensuring high performance.
• Monitor team performance metrics and implement improvements.
• Implement strategies to increase customer retention and reduce onboarding duration.
• Provide constant feedback and motivation to your team.
• Maintain consistency in hitting duration and retention targets.

Requirements

• Expert Spanish speaker and professional English proficiency.
• Preferred experience in B2B SaaS environment and Team Lead experience, ideally in Customer Experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for technology and customer service.
• Adaptability skills to pivot strategies based on market changes.
