What you will do

  • Onboard new customers by assisting them in setting up their hirify.global account, connections, and providing system training via phone and screen sharing calls.
  • Understand customer objectives and potential to correctly set up their account and assist them during the customer journey.
  • Provide a consultative approach to customers to ensure proper utilization of hirify.global.
  • Analyze the customer base and proactively work with your pipeline to improve product adoption and drive upgrades or upsells.
  • Gather customer feedback regarding possible bugs, improvements, and new functionalities, passing it along to the Product team.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments (Sales, Support, Product) to maximize value for customers.

Requirements

  • 1+ year as an account manager/onboarding specialist in a high-growth SaaS environment or a recent relevant graduate.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to fully understand software.
  • English: Native/Near native level required.
  • Italian: Native/Near native level required.
  • Experience negotiating and handling commercial conversations with customers.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Excellent organization skills and detail-oriented.
  • Fast learner capable of keeping up with a fast-growing environment.
