What you will do

  • Guide customers through onboarding aligning their goals with platform use.
  • Collaborate with teams to remove blockers and ensure smooth handoffs.
  • Manage onboarding timelines and deliver project milestones on schedule.
  • Deliver training sessions and activate communication channels as needed.
  • Improve processes, document workflows, and lead initiatives to enhance experience.
  • Manage customer portfolio ensuring high satisfaction and timely delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English or Spanish for customer communication.
  • Experience in customer onboarding within a technology company.
  • Knowledge of onboarding and Customer Success metrics.
  • Experience with HubSpot and Power BI tools.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Experience in crisis management, negotiation, and project management.

Nice to have

  • Experience with the hirify.global platform.
  • Experience with agile project management methodologies.
