What you will do

  • Oversee daily eStore operations, ensuring smooth order processing and high-quality customer experience.
  • Drive eStore adoption by converting offline customers to online orders.
  • Support and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing.
  • Maintain and update online product catalogs with new products and visuals.
  • Coordinate customer, product, and pricing data in the ERP system.
  • Track and report monthly eStore performance metrics and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales or administrative support positions; E-commerce expertise is a huge advantage.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Teamwork mindset and systematic approach to work.

Nice to have

  • Experience with dynamic AX or SAP in order processing.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft CRM 365.
  • Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe).
