TL;DR

Senior Partner Success Manager (Edtech): Managing and growing distribution partners to drive revenue and strengthen collaboration across regions with an accent on account management, new partner acquisition, and contract negotiation. Focus on coordinating with internal stakeholders and enabling partners from integration to activation to meet sales volume targets.

Location: European wide role, specifically supporting Partnerships HQ’d in DACH and Benelux.

What you will do

  • Manage overall account relationships for allocated distribution partners.
  • Drive growth from the partner network through consistent engagement strategies, including sales enablement, co-marketing, and webinars.
  • Manage a pipeline of inbound new partners and ensure their success within the first 90 days and beyond.
  • Manage internal hirify.global stakeholders, including teams in sales, marketing, integrations, customer success, and design studios.
  • Guide and manage partners through all elements of the enablement process from integration to activation.
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in partner accounts.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of proven experience in sales and account management.
  • 3+ years specifically in partnerships.
  • Demonstrated success in new partner acquisition and contract negotiation.
  • Established relationships and a strong network within the Education Technology industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experienced quota carrier.
  • Solid understanding of CRM and reporting tools, preferably Salesforce.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages preferred: German and Dutch.
