Tech Academy Trainee

TL;DR

Entry-Level Tech Program (Multiple Specializations): Launching a successful career in Data, AI, DevOps, Engineering, Solution Architecture, Business Analysis, and PMO through intensive training and paid placements. Focus on acquiring practical technical skills, professional abilities, and real-world experience with leading UK employers.

Training will take place either in our London Victoria office or virtually, with 2-year paid placement locations across multiple UK cities including London, Dunton, Birmingham, Manchester, York, Farnborough, Bristol, and Sheffield.

Salary: £30,000, plus performance bonuses.

What you will do

• Participate in 9 weeks of intensive, expert-led training in Software Engineering, DevOps, Data, and Change.
• Develop technical skills alongside interpersonal and professional abilities needed to thrive in the tech industry.
• Engage in a 2-year paid placement with leading employers to gain hands-on experience.
• Work in roles such as Data Analyst, AI Developer, Cloud Engineer, Platform Engineer, Software Developer, or Business Analyst.
• Connect with top tech companies and industry leaders through networking opportunities.

Requirements

• No specific prior experience required, welcoming individuals from all backgrounds.
• Passion for starting a career in tech and ability to pick up new tech skills independently.
• Ability to participate in full-time training (9 am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday).
• Commitment to a full-time placement role based with one of our partners in the UK.
