What you will do

• Manage and mentor a team of 8 Backend Engineers, fostering their professional and technical growth.
• Define vision and strategy with product and design leads for your cross-functional team.
• Drive the delivery of business objectives, ensuring high quality through best engineering practices.
• Design, build, test, document, and maintain Go code for scalable backend services.
• Support critical services used by tens of thousands of users daily.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a manager, demonstrating ability to lead, develop, and retain talent.
• Strong experience as a software engineer, with proficiency in Go.
• Exposure to architectural patterns of large, high-scale web applications.
• Excellent communication skills for knowledge diffusion and project alignment.
• English: Fluent required.
