What you will do

• Define technical guidelines and architectural choices for the hirify.globalCloud platform.
• Manage a team of developers, reporting directly to the Head of Cloud Engineering.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and SREs on infrastructure decisions.
• Ensure high code quality and adherence to defined processes.
• Select the most appropriate technologies based on project needs.
• Discuss architectural trade-offs at both theoretical and applied levels.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Team Lead including management is required.
• Excellent coding abilities in at least one of Go, Rust, or Scala.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools, such as Kubernetes, Terraform, or Ansible.
• Strong knowledge in monitoring, fault-tolerance, durability, and scalability in a multi-datacenter environment.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies or APIs.
• Good English level (B2) is required.
