• Conceptualize new features with product managers, designers, and engineers.
• Direct team in technical and architectural decisions.
• Balance technical and product work, making prioritization decisions to accelerate the business.
• Help triage bugs, production issues, and oncall escalations.
• Actively manage performance on the team, providing feedback, coaching, and career development.

Requirements

• Lead teams building tools and products at scale.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Work on multiple initiatives in parallel.
• Attract and retain high caliber engineers.
• Experience and expertise in web development, modern software development best practices.
• Expertise with at least one programming language.
