Team Lead (Golang, FinTech, Europe)
Location: European time zones (fully remote & flexible hours).
Company: A FinTech startup, based in Mexico, on a mission to transform the digital banking landscape in LATAM.
What You’ll Do:
— Lead the team end-to-end: hire talent, plan workload, handle task decomposition, and optimize internal processes.
— Manage team performance and day-to-day execution, ensuring timely project delivery aligned with business goals.
— Tackle complex technical challenges, conduct code reviews, and maintain a high standard of end solutions.
— Participate in architectural and system design decisions, contributing to the development of backend services in Golang.
— Establish the technical foundation for expansion into a new region, joining before launch and scaling the platform based on best practices from the existing market.
— Communicate effectively with stakeholders and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
