What you will do
- Establish and maintain operational frameworks and governance for international campaign delivery.
- Coordinate campaign workflows and communication across London hub and international markets.
- Ensure cross-functional integration and smooth handoffs between planning, activation, QA, and measurement teams.
- Oversee quality assurance processes and operational compliance across markets.
- Lead adoption and optimization of project management tools and workflows.
- Manage and develop the MGM Theatrical Operations team, fostering a culture of clarity and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Location: Must have the right to work in the UK and be based in or near London with hybrid work model.
- Significant experience in operations, PMO, workflow governance, or program management within media or global agency environments.
- Proven ability to coordinate complex multi-market workflows and stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills and experience implementing scalable operating models.
- High attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and influence capabilities.
Nice to have
- Experience in theatrical marketing or entertainment-driven campaigns.
- Familiarity with Amazon leadership principles and narrative-first communication style.
- Experience with global operational toolsets and workflow systems.
